The Digital Reception Center (DigiVOK) brings Luona’s reception services directly to you, enabling easy and flexible access regardless of your location. You will be served by our social and healthcare professionals, and an interpreter if needed.

Remote services
In addition to health matters, you can receive guidance remotely on, for example, financial situations, accommodation, the asylum process, as well as issues related to studying and working — without the need to travel to the reception center.

Versatile services
You can receive general guidance and advice on all areas of reception services, such as reception allowance matters, housing-related questions, general concerns, or health issues.

Accessibility
You can use DigiVOK on any device that has a camera and microphone and a good internet connection. The service also works via Wi-Fi when using a foreign mobile subscription.
