Digital Reception service DigiVOK

In DigiVOK, we bring our services directly to you, whether it’s addressing your health concerns or other important matters. And if language is a barrier, we have got you covered with professional interpreters at your disposal.

Who can use DigiVOK?

DigiVOK is a service for you, if you are a customer of Luona’s reception centre.

You can call us with any device which has camera and microphone in addition to stable and fast internet connection (enough for video conferences).

You need to reside in Finland to use the service. If you use foreign phone subscription, you can access the service via Wi-Fi.

Assistance with Migri’s prepaid card issues

Help with housing related questions

Plus, if you live far from your reception centre (2h or more by public transport) or have health issues preventing you from visiting the center, you can apply for the reception allowance online through DigiVOK.

When is the service available?

The service is available from Monday to Friday:

Health: 12:00 – 14:00
Guidance and counselling: 09:00 – 14:00
Benefits and social services: 09:00 – 10:00

If you contact us within opening hours, you will have an opportunity to chat with us, call us directly or make a reservation. If you use the service outside the working hours, you will be offered to make a reservation.

Frequently Asked Questions

I would like to make a reservation. When will I receive a link to the call?
If you make a reservation, you will receive three e-mails (and text messages): confirmation and 2 reminders. You will receive confirmation message right after you make a reservation. First reminder will come 26h before the reservation and the second reminder – 15 minutes before your videomeeting. All messages will contain a link to join the meeting.

I made a reservation which I would like to cancel. How do I do it?
Go to confirmation message and click the link. Then click “Cancel meeting”.

The waiting display shows that the system is searching for an intrepreter and then it interrupted.. What should I do?
Sometimes it is possible that the system does not find an intrepreter immediately. If after 5 minutes waiting time you could not be connected, try again in 5-10 minutes or make a reservation instead.
